Compared with conventional forklifts, the Multiway Robotics MW-K Series Autonomous Turret Forklifts are purpose-built for narrow-aisle, high-bay warehouse applications. By combining advanced vehicle performance with intelligent software systems, the MW-K Series delivers a safer, more efficient, and smarter intralogistics solution for modern warehouses.
Featuring 180° rotating forks, the MW-K Series can retrieve and place pallets on both sides of the aisle without turning the vehicle. Requiring aisles as narrow as 1.75 m, it significantly reduces aisle space, maximizes warehouse space utilization, and enables high-density storage layouts.
With a maximum lift height of 16.5 m, the MW-K Series is designed for ultra-high-bay warehouse applications. It enables automated pallet put-away, retrieval, and high-precision storage operations on high-level racking, improving storage capacity while ensuring operational efficiency and safety at height.
Equipped with laser navigation, vision-based positioning, high-bay space detection, and pallet recognition technologies, the MW-K Series delivers highly accurate storage and retrieval while ensuring stable, continuous operation in complex warehouse environments.

Multiway Robotics deployed the MW-K16 Autonomous Turret Forklift, integrated with the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and RCS (Robot Control System). The solution enables automated storage and retrieval from high-bay racking, intelligent route planning, and automatic charging. As the customer continued expanding its overseas manufacturing facilities, it planned to build a modern warehouse covering multiple operational areas, including raw material storage, finished goods storage, kitting areas, and quarantine warehouses, with more than 5,000 storage locations. Multiway Robotics deployed the MW-K16 Autonomous Turret Forklift, the X20 Autonomous Pallet Truck, and the MW-SL14 Autonomous Stacker Forklift to work collaboratively. The MW-K16 performs automated storage and retrieval in high-bay racking, the X20 handles warehouse transportation, while the MW-SL14 completes empty pallet destacking and stacking. Integrated with the WMS and RCS, the solution enables unified management of material flow, information flow, and data flow.

The company sought to increase storage capacity through a high-bay automated warehouse while enabling automated inbound and outbound handling of both raw materials and finished goods.
Multiway Robotics deployed the MW-K15 Autonomous Turret Forklift together with the MW-SL14 Autonomous Stacker Forklift, covering three production workshops and one warehouse. The MW-K15 performs automated storage and retrieval in high-bay racking, while the MW-SL14 handles material transportation between the production lines and the warehouse. Integrated with the RCS (Robot Control System) and the WCS (Warehouse Control System), the solution enables seamless collaboration among autonomous robots, conveyor systems, and automatic doors.

The X20 is responsible for warehouse transfer and material transportation at the warehouse front, while the MW-K15 performs automated put-away, retrieval, and high-precision storage operations on high-bay racking. Powered by the RCS (Robot Control System), the solution enables intelligent multi-vehicle coordination and dynamic route optimization.
