Q: How is the safety of AGV forklifts ensured?

1. Vehicle safety:Equipped with lights, audible and visual alarms, 3D LiDAR, bottom obstacle radars, contact bumpers, and emergency stop switches. The system also provides path deviation protection, positioning error protection, component fault protection, and communication fault protection.
2. Operational safety:3D radar automatically detects and corrects pallet misalignment. During high-level operations, gyroscopes and cameras monitor mast tilt and fork deviation to ensure safe loading and unloading.
3. Charging safety:Over-temperature and over-current protection, with temperature sensors on charging stations, vehicles, and batteries. The system can stop charging, trigger alarms, or cut off power in abnormal conditions.
4. Environmental safety:In pedestrian or blind spot areas, vision systems monitor real-time activity, prompting AGVs to slow down or stop when necessary.


Q: How Multiway automated forklifts ensure operation safety?

1. With our software system, the algorithm will sound the alarm when it detects deviation of the route of automated forklifts. The system can also identify and alarm an abnormality in the communication equipment.

2. For automated forklifts with laser 360° three-dimensional obstacle avoidance, whenever unknown objects approach the forklift, it will raise the alarm.

3. The autonomous forklift has a mechanical anti-collision edge. Whenever an object bumps to the edge, the forklift will stop working and sound an alarm.

4. The autonomous forklifts will check the storage space before releasing the goods in the location.  

5. The automated forklift is equipped with an emergency stop button. One can manually stop the forklift with the emergency stop brake and stop the automatic forklift in operation.
