Received a commendation banner! See how Multiway Robotics equips precision manufacturing with a “smart logistics” engine.
Case Introduction
Recently, a precision manufacturing enterprise specializing in printing consumables presented a commendation banner and a letter of praise to Multiway Robotics, highly recognizing the project team’s professional capabilities, efficient delivery, and high-quality service in the intelligent logistics upgrade project.
As a manufacturer deeply rooted in precision injection molding and printing consumable components, the customer partnered with Multiway Robotics during its logistics intelligence upgrade to jointly build a smart logistics solution. From rapid project deployment to stable operation, from autonomous pallet forklift transportation to cross-floor logistics coordination, Multiway Robotics demonstrated strong capabilities in products, solutions, and services, earning full recognition from the client.
From the banner inscription “Benchmark of Intelligent Logistics Industry, Craftsmanship Gold Service” to the written evaluation of “outstanding professional capability and excellent service attitude,” the customer expressed its recognition of Multiway Robotics’ project delivery capability and service quality in the most direct way.

The customer is deeply engaged in printing consumables and precision injection-molded components manufacturing. With continuous business expansion, higher requirements were raised for warehousing efficiency, cross-floor material handling, and digital management capabilities.
Facing challenges such as cross-floor material transport, long logistics chains, limited manual handling efficiency, and difficulty in real-time logistics tracking, the customer sought an intelligent upgrade to further improve logistics efficiency and digital management level, supporting sustainable business growth.

To meet the customer’s needs, Multiway Robotics deployed an integrated smart logistics solution consisting of the pallet-type autonomous forklift X20, WMS warehouse management system, WCS equipment control system, and RCS intelligent dispatching system, enabling efficient coordination and intelligent management across warehousing, production, and distribution processes.
Multiple X20 autonomous forklifts were deployed to handle material transportation across warehousing, production, and distribution. Through deep integration with the elevator system, the forklifts can automatically call elevators, enter/exit elevators, and perform cross-floor transportation, breaking through floor-to-floor logistics barriers and enabling automated material flow across areas.

The project also deployed WMS, WCS, and RCS systems, integrated with the ERP system to enable automatic task generation, intelligent scheduling, and full-process visibility management, significantly improving logistics efficiency and operational management.

Cross-floor logistics enabled with automated material flow

Integrated logistics, information, and data flow management
Real-time data visibility through ERP system integration
In addition to the commendation banner, the customer also issued a formal letter of praise, highly recognizing the project team’s professionalism, efficient collaboration, and strong service awareness.
The letter stated: “Outstanding professional capability, excellent service attitude, and highly efficient on-site implementation support.” These brief words best demonstrate Multiway Robotics’ commitment to customer-centricity and continuous value creation. Going forward, we will continue to deliver professional and efficient intelligent logistics solutions for more enterprises.
