Case Introduction
Floor changeover transportation: docking with automatic door, accurate parking in the elevator, and real-time adjustment of carrier position;
Multi-device collaborative scheduling: seamless connection between elevator control system, WMS storage system and AGV forklift operation;
Special firefighting materials: the weight of a single piece of materials such as fire hoses and demolition tool sets varies greatly (50kg-1200kg), and the carrier must meet the requirements of anti-dumping and anti-drifting;
Emergency task is the priority: sudden tasks need to break the regular operation sequence to achieve dynamic path re-planning and resource preemption.
The handling process of the AGV forklift X20 in the fire warehouse includes:
Move goods from the storage area on the 2nd floor to the inbound and outbound docking area on the 1st floor;
Carry goods from the 1st floor loading and unloading docking area to the 2nd floor storage area;
Move goods from the storage area on the 3rd floor to the inbound and outbound docking area on the 1st floor;
Carry goods from the 1st floor loading and unloading docking area to the 3rd floor storage area.
During the handling process, the AGV forklift X20 must always ensure the stability of the goods and the carrier, and ensure that the goods are not unevenly loaded, overloaded, over-supported, tilted, deformed, damaged or shaken during the handling process; at the same time, the unmanned forklift X20 must also be connected with the dispatching system (RCS) and equipment control system (WCS) developed by Multiway to achieve interconnection between the automated forklift and other equipment in the warehouse. In addition, the system must also support docking with the warehouse management system (WMS) to achieve real-time synchronization of cargo information and ensure the informatization and transparency of logistics management.
