In this exhibition, the two hard-core products of the food industry including the large capacity counterbalanced AGV forklift MW-E30 and the small capacity counterbalanced AGV forklift MW-SE12.
Among them, the large capacity counterbalanced AGV forklift MW-E30 has a maximum load of 3000KG; a maximum lifting height of 6600mm and a driving speed of 3m/s. It is widely used in the food industry for cargo stacking, shuttle docking, horizontal handling, and heavy lifting. Scenes such as stack height have attracted many customers from the food industry to stop and consult with their high-efficiency operation ability and super-large loading speed. The small capacity counterbalanced unmanned forklift MW-SE12 is lighter overall, with a heavy demonstration of the pallet posture recognition technology. This technology has been optimized and upgraded after the launch of 2020 CeMAT Asia Logistics Exhibition. In the food industry human-computer interaction operation scene and grounded storage(side by side) ,the pallet posture recognition' solve for the problems with the manual forklift to be placed successfully multiple times and manually correct the pallet position multiple times.
The pallet posture recognition technology is based on vision and deep learning to quickly capture the actual position of the goods, and adjust the AGV forklift path to achieve picking and unloading. Currently, it supports the maximum deviation of the pallet angle of ±30° and displacement of ±80cm, which greatly improves the flexibility degree of adaptation.
In addition to the above two counterbalance AGV forklifts, the MW Horizons ’ sky-eye ‘ system for location detection based on deep learning, big data and AI algorithms is also very popular at the exhibition. Based on deep learning and image recognition technology, it accurately recognizes vehicles, goods, people and other objects in complex scenes. The ‘Sky-eye’ is able to detect in real-time illegal intrusion of personnel and improper on-site operations and give warning of potential safety hazards. Besides that, this technology is able to achieve automatic identification of storage location status, automatically give alarms to the deviation of the goods exceeding the preset value. Through interconnection between ‘Sky-eye ‘ and WMS system, the functions of storage dock management and sending handling instruction to AGV are achieved.
